Choripán con Vino Tinto y Cebolla Caramelizada
Ingredientes:
- 500 gr de chorizos argentinos
- 1 cebolla grande
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vino Tinto Viña la Rosa la Palma Reserva Carmenere 2019 (para acompañar)
Preparación:
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cut the chorizos into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, caramelize the onion over low heat for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can help the process by occasionally adding a tablespoon of water to the pan.
- Grill the chorizo pieces until they're nicely charred and crispy. Serve with the caramelized onions and your favorite sides, such as grilled bread or a salad.
